mmm… beef and guinness pie

I added a little extra garlic (as always), some tomato paste and salt & pepper. It turned out to be *quite* tasty, absolutely delicious with the requisite tomato sauce and of course pretty in lovely le creuset ramekins. Yum!
I’ve discovered an absolute love for the buttery puffy goodness of puff pastry. In fact, “puff pastry” was a contender for the name of this blog but I think “meat pie” sounds better, even if it is all carnivorous-like.
